Multi Story Residential Flood in Northglenn

This water loss occurred on the second story of a home in a local neighborhood, affecting three finished levels of the home.  The culprit of the water loss was a leaky roof after a thunderstorm. SERVPRO of Greater Boulder needed to remove flooring, dry wall, built-in cabinets, trim, carpet, pad, plumbing fixtures and insulation.  These photos show one of the bedrooms where the water is leaking down the window sill and the bedroom after mitigation is complete.
